How we handle your information

AL Software is a software development company based in the United Kingdom. This notice explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company and message. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.

If you arrive from a link that says where it came from (for example a post or an advert), your browser stores that link's tags and the referring site locally for up to thirty days, so we know which of our channels people find useful. It holds no personal information, stays on your device, and is sent to us only if you submit the contact form.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to arrange a call and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our database and sent to our inbox by email. We keep them for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@alsoftware.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
